How do I resend a Welcome email to a new User if they have not received it?

  • If you have created a new User for your account and they have not received the Welcome email, firstly have them check that the Welcome Email is not in their Junk/Spam folder
  • If it is not in their Junk/Spam folder nor their Inbox, then you can resend the Welcome Email from User Management
