The Usage Report displays all accumulated usage (KM’s, Engine Hours & Fuel (when vehicle data is available)) over the selected date range for your Asset Fleet. You can use the Usage Report to report on the total usage of your asset over a selected date. This information could be used for reporting on Asset utilisation or for billing.
- Click on Reports on the top menu
- The Reports drop-down menu will appear
- Select the Usage Report from the list
- The report will then load the Usage report displaying the following columns;
- Asset – Asset Label & Group
- Rego – Asset Registration & Make
- Total Trips – Total number of trips completed in the selected date range
- Longest Trip – The longest trip (Hours, Minutes) completed during the selected date range
- Start Odometer – The odometer value at the start of the selected date range
- End Odometer – The odometer value at the end of the selected date range
- Total Distance – The total distance (KM’s) travelled by the Asset in the selected date range
- Total Runtime – The total trip duration/engine hours for the Asset in the selected date range
- Fuel Consumed – The total fuel consumed (Litres) by the Asset in the selected date range (Note: not available for all Asset types)
- Fuel Economy: (Note: not available for all Asset types)
- If the Asset has not been active during the selected date range, no data will be displayed in the Usage Report for the Asset
- Any Longest Trips over 5 Hours will be highlighted in Red
- To access the Asset Management screen for an Asset, you can click the Asset Label and the Asset Management screen for the selected Asset will launch in a new browser tab
Filtering the report
- To filter the report click on the down arrow in the search bar at the top of the page
- You can then filter the report by an individual or a combination of the below options;
- Asset Groups
- Asset Tags
- Fences
- Date Range
- Once you have selected your filters, click the GO button to apply them to the Report
- If you would like to search for a specific Asset, type the Asset label in the search bar and click on the Go button OR hit your Enter key
- If you would like to remove all search filters you have applied, click the Cross icon in the Search bar OR to remove specific filters open the Search menu and de-select the filter
Exporting and Scheduled Export
- Once you have filtered the Usage Report to your required view, you are able to;
- Schedule the report by clicking on the download icon
- OR Export the report in CSV, Excel or PDF format
